LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Launches New Products
Leading mortgage lender, LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc has launched new products.
Speaking at the launch of the products in Osogbo, Osun State capital on Thursday, managing director of the bank, Mr. Kunle Adewole, said they were custom-made to meet the peculiar needs of its expanding and commensurately diverse customer base.
According to Adewole, the bespoke products are guaranteed to offer customers access to superior mortgage support and enhanced customer experience.
Adewole said the new products would also help the bank to consolidate its leadership position in the mortgage banking sub-sector.
He added that part of the bank’s ongoing agenda is “the execution of strategic initiatives for the actualisation of short to medium term goals”.
Also speaking at the occasion, Executive Director, Public Sector and Home Business, Olaitan Aworonke, said the bank is making huge investments in the deployment of technology to take some of the products to the market.
The aim, according to her, is “to positively impact the lives of our customers, especially in the host community”.
Other members of the bank’s executive management at the occasion include Group Head, Strategy and Communication, Kolawole Bolaji and Chief Finance Officer, Olusola Afolabi.
Some of the new products include:
Government Employees Loan,
Home Ownership Account,
Sowojere Quick Access Loan,
Mortgage Repayment Support Loan, and
Rent-to-own loan.
