Ohio Ifiabor

Ohio Ifiabor has multifaceted skills and aggregate work experience of over thirty years, including C-Level Board Executive Positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has a proven track record of outstanding achievements across several industries including Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications & Technology, Infrastructures, Agricultural Production & Exports, Manufacturing & FMCG, Energy/Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Construction & Mortgages, Transportation & Logistics, as well as Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution.

He holds in addition two (2) Master’s Degrees – Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2001), and Master of Banking & Finance (MBF) from the University of Lagos (2000). As a consummate and passionate Business Builder, he has grown Major Nigerian and international businesses with huge financial returns. Ohio Ifiabor has a number of performance awards, coupled with consummate experience in Board-room management and leadership. He is currently the Group Chairman of CITITRUST HOLDINGS PLC.

Abiola Magnus Olarinmoye

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Magnus Abiola Olarinmoye, popularly known in the media and entertainment industry as M.A.O is the MD/CEO of MAO Communications Ltd., a company with professionalism in marketing, advertising, and public relations.It later sprung up other companies like Market Access Ltd, Media Matters Ltd, and Media Multiples Ltd. Abiola Olarinmoye holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Andrews University, Michigan, USA. Abiola as an adaptable, agile, and highly motivated executive with proven expertise in using interpersonal relationships to develop professional client and service partner relationships, served as a broker to Ogun State Broadcasting Corporation and as well to STB-Mccan and Universal Mccan by placing the commercial of Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited’s products and other brands on TV and Radio stations on their behalf.

Abiola was also the TV Producer of Tropical Rhythms, which aired on NTA 2 Channel 5, STV, TVC, etc, in which notable personalities like the late Ambassador Segun Olusola, late Sunny Okosun, King Sunny Ade, Onyeka Onwenu,Chief Ebenezer Obey, and others featured. Magnus Abiola Olarinmoye serves on the board as a Non-Executive Director of Docmath 67 Nigeria Ltd. till date and with his wealth of experience, he is going to add value to Cititrust Holdings Plc as a Non-Executive Director.

Olaniyi Bello

Olaniyi Bello is an Experienced Accountant, Banker and Financial Analyst. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, Bauchi State and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State.

Olaniyi had a stint with Newage Leasing Company Ltd as Head of Operations before joining Seedvest Group as the Financial Controller with responsibility for Financial Reporting and Treasury Management in 2008. He has worked with several financial institutions in the capacity of the Financial Controller, notable among them are Jessefield Micro-finance bank, Creditville Limited and Quickfund MFB.

He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Temitope Fowowe

Group Chief People Officer

Temitope is a multi-skilled HR professional with more than six years of experience spanning multinationals and startups in various industries ranging from telecommunication, outsourcing, hospitality, marketing & advertising. She led people engagement initiatives and oversaw the workforce while working in HR.

Prior to this, she was an HR Business Partner at Plus Marketing Limited, where she coordinated and oversaw the implementation of all HR projects and programs on a global scale.

She is a writer and the host of the podcast "The Dialogue Circle." She has a master's degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos and various HR certifications.

Abimbola Onabanjo

CHIEF EXECUTIVE (ASSET MANAGEMENT NIGERIA)

Abimbola is a versatile and accomplished banker with over 15 years’ experience in Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. He is a business development strategist and a top business performer. He is currently the Chief Executive of Cititrust Private Equity Limited, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc, Lagos, Nigeria.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Team Lead, Investment Banking Cititrust Financial Services Ltd. He also served as a Branch Manager at Access Bank Plc. His Banking experience as a Relationship and Business Development Manager includes his years at Fidelity Bank Plc, United Bank of Africa Plc and Oceanic Bank Plc (now Ecobank Nig. Plc). His relationship management skills have been highly proven to ensure rapid growth and business transformation.

Abimbola holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ESUT Business School, Enugu State University of Technology, Enugu, Enugu State, Nigeria and obtained his Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Zoology from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. He obtained a Certificate in Alternative Investments from the Harvard Business School, USA. He also obtained an Advanced Professional Certificate in Strategic Business Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom.

His professional qualifications include Associate, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ACIB), Associate, Chartered Institute of Finance and Control, Nigeria (ACIFC), Fellow, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (FIPMA). He has attended numerous developmental and capacity-building trainings and courses locally and internationally in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Alternative Investments, Leadership, and Business Management.

Olumuyiwa Adeyemi

CHIEF EXECUTIVE (STOCKBROKING AND CAPTIAL MARKETS)

Olumuyiwa Adeyemi is an Investment Banker and Stockbroker with extensive experience covering Stockbroking, Asset Management and other aspects of investment banking activities. He holds a BSc. Degree in Business Administration from University of Ilorin.

Olumuyiwa is a Dealing Member and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an associate of the CISI.

Olumuyiwa who has attended several local and international courses, seminars and conferences including courses on Oil, Gas and Power Project Finance, Investment Fund Strategy, Financial Analysis for Investment Advice and Personal Effectiveness and Performance Enhancement, has over fifteen years of work experience in the Financial Services sector, commercial and corporate banking, securities dealing, Corporate and Structured Finance, Investment Management and Advisory, Public Sector Advisory, Project.

Olumuyiwa Adeyemi is currently the Managing Director at Atlass Portfolios Limited. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director/CEO at MorganCapital Securities Limited, Chief Executive Officer; Leads Securities & Investment Ltd.

Anslem Achunine

CHIEF EXECUTIVE (SOUTH AFRICA)

Anslem is the Acting Country Chief Executive, Cititrust Capital Management (Pty) Limited, Republic of South Africa. He joined the Company in November, 2021. He has over 16years junior level, middle management and Senior Management experiences which span across Consulting, Banking, Health Insurance, Insurance Brokerage and Insurance.

Anslem graduated with a B.Sc in Economics with a Second Class Honours, Upper Division from Imo State University, Owerri Imo State Nigeria. He is also rounding up his MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriott Watt University, Scotland UK. He is a Professional Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. His strongest strength lies in his resilient spirit.

He served as Head, Corporate Department of Eco Insurance Brokers Limited. He garnered 1year and 3months experience in the Health Insurance sector having worked in Hygeia HMO Limited, a premier Health Insurance Company in Nigeria with foreign affiliation as Head Network Expansion on a Grade level of General Manager. He also headed the Agency/Brokerage unit of the Business. While working in the Banking Sector where he spent almost 15years, he functioned as a Regional Sales Manager overseeing the Business Banking Sales performance of Lagos Island Zone and at various times functioned as Branch Manager in 3 different Branches. He was also a Relationship Officer in the earlier part of his banking career. On each of those roles, he distinguished himself and also put in a stellar/remarkable performance.

Anslem has a strong drive for success while also maintaining excellent work ethics. He is a hardworking, determined, resilient, self-motivated, result oriented, ambitious, committed, disciplined professional with marketing/sales management experience in Banking and Health Insurance sectors, as well as a huge passion for making valuable contributions to the realization of organizational goals. He is happily married with Children.
