Ohio Ifiabor

Ohio Ifiabor has multifaceted skills and aggregate work experience of over thirty years, including C-Level Board Executive Positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has a proven track record of outstanding achievements across several industries including Banking & Financial Services, Telecommunications & Technology, Infrastructures, Agricultural Production & Exports, Manufacturing & FMCG, Energy/Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Construction & Mortgages, Transportation & Logistics, as well as Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution.

He holds in addition two (2) Master’s Degrees – Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (2001), and Master of Banking & Finance (MBF) from the University of Lagos (2000). As a consummate and passionate Business Builder, he has grown Major Nigerian and international businesses with huge financial returns. Ohio Ifiabor has a number of performance awards, coupled with consummate experience in Board-room management and leadership. Ohio is the Board Chairman, CFS EVERBOND Group Limited, CITITRUST Investments Cote D’Ivoire, EM Towers Limited, CFS Assets Management Limited, Kenya and First Guaranty Healthcare Limited. He is currently the Group Chairman of CITITRUST HOLDINGS PLC

Yemi Adefisan

Yemi has been widely exposed to business formation, strategy and planning in the course of his career spanning over twenty (20) years experience ranging from banking, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Logistics Industry.

Yemi a consummate Banker and Financial Expert, he had previously worked with Seven Up Bottling Co. Plc, Pacific Bank Limited (Unity Bank Plc), Crystal Microfinance Bank Limited, Skye Bank Plc, EAIN Capital Group, Fast Credit Limited.

He obtained a Master in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, and Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom. A Fellow of Microfinance Association UK, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Institute of Management Consultant. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Institute of Directors Nigeria and Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG).

He has attended several Executive Management and Board training programs at IESE Business School Barcelona, Spain. Lagos Business School, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA, The Housing Finance, Canada, Strathmore University Business School, Kenya. He seats on the Board of over 15 Companies across Africa.
He is currently the Group Chief Executive of CITITRUST Holdings Plc.

Temitope Ogochukwu

Temitope Kehinde, OTK as she is called is a graduate of Estate Management from the Federal University of Technology, Akure where she also bagged her MBA from in 2001. She has her Masters in Estate Management from University of Lagos (UNILAG) MSc. Est. Mgt. 2004.

She has a 12 years banking experience where she has served in various departments from the General and Admin. Services, Head Office Treasury Marketing, Credit & Marketing, HNI Personal Banking services. She also sharpened her horns in the bank’s Primary Mortgage Institution (Skye Mortgages services) when she was seconded there to put a structure in place for the PMI. There she combined both her experiences as a commercial banker and a real estate practitioner for almost 2 years before disengaging from the Bank to join Real Estate Derivatives Limited briefly as the company’s Business Development Strategy & Admin manager before following her passion to run an Event Management & Catering company Lickeys Limited, a company she ran for over 8 years until stable when diversified to start Temple & Roofs Limited in 2015 out of need to put things right in the real estate industry for proper housing access and funding.

OTK is also the Managing Partner for Temple & Roofs, an Executive Director with Rewards Insurance Brokers Limited. She is currently a Non-Executive director with CITITRUST HOLDINGS PLC and on Chair the Board Committee on Investment and Strategy, she serves as the Chairman Board of Directors CFS Group Limited as the Chairman

Alhaji Danladi Yaro

Alhaji Danladi holds a BBA in Banking & Finance, and Masters in Marketing (MBA degree) from Texas Southern University Houston, Texas and Prairie View AM University, Prairie View, Texas respectively.

He is a seasoned banker who has had over 21years experience with banks such as International Merchant Bank Limited, Pacific Merchant Bank Ltd and International Trust Bank from where he rose to the position of General Manager Treasury & Marketing in 2002 and was acting as the Managing Director of the Bank before retiring and assuming his present role as President/Chief Executive of the Company of IKAD Nigeria Limited Lawal Danladi Yaro is currently a registered member of Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria and Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria.

He is a member of other various Professional Bodies including the Institute of Directors, Nigeria Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is currently a Non –Executive director CITITRUST HOLDINGS PLC

Olaoye Oyelakin

Olaoye Oyelakin, a highly motivated professional with the passion to thrive has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial, administrative and leadership functions, corporate finance relationships, financial operations, regulatory and human capital management.

Olaoye has worked with Wema Bank, Intercontinental Bank, (Now Access Bank) Cashcow MFB and Regcharles Finance and Capital. He has over 13 years’ cognate experience spanning through financial, business and strategic management both at senior and executive management level. He is an Associate Member of Risk Managers Association of Nigeria and earned his B.Sc. in Banking and Finance and dual M.Sc. from University of Lagos in Management, and MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University respectively.

Olaoye has attended several trainings/seminars in financial management, debt- options financing, project management, capital market operations and strategic leadership. He is currently a Non-executive director of CITITRUST HOLDINGS PLC, the Chairman, Mapplefield Energy Resources Limited and Chairman, Board Committee on Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Ajila Oluwaseun

Oluwaseun currently serves as Chief Internal Auditor of Linkage Assurance plc. A Financial and Management expert with broad experience spanning across Real Estate, Financial Services, Professional Services & Management Consulting and culminating fifteen years working experience with Eight years in executive management.

Oluwaseun was named Group Managing Director/CEO of Primewaterview Limited in January 2015 and prior to which she held two other C-level roles; Chief Risk Officer and Chief Internal Auditor, culminating a six-years rise through the company. She previously served as the Deputy, Chief Internal Auditor to CMB Building Investment Company succeeding her service to Amnetwork Nigeria Limited in the capacity of Chief Finance Officer. She holds a BA degree and a Masters in Business Administration (Accounting) from Obafemi Awolowo University and University of Lagos respectively.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), A Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE), an associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Certified by ACCA for Competency in International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS). She is also the Chairman, CITITRUST Contracting Limited and Chairman, Board Committee on Audit and Risk Management.

Lawal Babafemi
Non Executive Director

Femi Lawal is a seasoned Investment Banker and Business Incubator with over 24 years of cognate
working experience, spanning Financial Engineering, Corporate Finance, Project Finance,
Debt/Equity Solutions, Mergers, Acquisitions & Integrations, Strategic Planning, Capital Raising,
Public Private Partnerships and Consulting in diverse economic sectors, including but not limited to manufacturing, power, real estate, agriculture, oil & gas, communication/ICT and construction.

Femi graduated with B.Agric. and MBA degrees both from the University of Ilorin. He was the
Regional Advisory Services Coordinator of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) where he
developed detailed designs and work plans for Advisory Services Initiatives in the region on all the
major sectors and across major markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. He was Founding Managing
Director/CEO, Synergon Infrastructure Limited and also Group Chief Operations Officer, AT&A Asset Management Limited until assuming the leadership role at STS Group Limited, as Group Executive Director – Finance & Strategy with STS Holdings Limited.

Femi currently sits as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards CFS Group Plc.; Core Capital Limited; Synergon Infrastructure Limited; STS Holdings Limited as well as Gasrich Exploration & Production Limited. He is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of Mindscapes Children’s Museum – Nigeria’s premier Children’s museum.

Adebayo Adeleke

Adebayo Adetunji Adeleke is the MD/CEO of Lancelot Ventures Limited, a real estate company.

He is a member of the Financial Reporting Council, Nigerian Institute of Management, Institute of Directors’ Nigeria , Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria.

He is a Director in May and Baker Plc, BOC Nigeria Plc as well as other distinguished Boards.

Afolabi Martins

Martins Afolabi holds a Bsc in Economics from Lagos State University, MSc from the University of Lagos and M.Phil. Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch, Cape Town South Africa. He has a cumulative of twenty years (20) work experience in the Nigerian Financial and stockbroking industry.

Martins Afolabi is goal-driven, optimistic and has an unwavering flare for the developing and restructuring of the Nigerian stock broking sector. He has previously worked with a number of Capital Market Company which Standard Alliance Capital and Assets and Management and was the Chief Executive Officer of Kinley Securities before Joining CITITRUST. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Stockbrokers and Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria. Martins is currently the Group Chief Finance Officer of Cititrust Holdings Plc.

Margaret Fajemirokun
Group Chief, Human Capital Management

Margaret Fajemirokun is a consummate professional with outstanding human management drive, impacting positively on the efficient organizational structure of the business group. She is an exceptional human resource manager with over 15 years working experience in Human Capital Development across many financial and non-financial institutions with specific expertise in human resource management, talent acquisition and career guidance thus enabling an effective organizational structure in all departments.

She had Previously worked with Union Capital and Keystone Bank Limited Margaret graduated with a Bachelor’s degree with honors and has attended several industry related courses. She is currently the Group Chief, Human capital management Cititrust Holdings Plc.

Esther Ajiboye
Group Chief Risk Officer

She is a thoroughbred professional with cumulative 9 years of experience in Audit, Financial Management and Analysis, Insurance, General Management and Financial Consultancy, Garnered from Banking, Insurance, Auditing and Trading Sectors of the Nigerian Economy. She is hard working, result oriented, a self-motivated, resilient and conscientious person.

Esther is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN); a member of the Institute of Debt Recovery of Nigeria (IDRN); and a member of the Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts (IFIA). She is currently pursuing certification by the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos, Akoka; and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Banking and Finance from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. She is currently the Acting Group Chief Risk Officer.

Chike Onwuka
Group Company Secretary/Head, Legal and Compliance

Chike Onwuka attended the University of Benin, Benin-City where he obtained a B.A (Hons)
degree in Theatre Arts and an LL.B. (Hons) degree. He was called to the Bar in 2002 and also
holds an LL.M. degree from the University of Lagos, Lagos State. He started his professional
career with the Law Firm of Kenna and Associates as a Legal Associate.
He thereafter joined the Legal Department of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc as a Legal Officer where
he began his banking career which spanned over 13 years. He moved to the Company
Secretariat of the Bank where he rose to the position of Assistant Company Secretary. Whilst at
the Company Secretariat, he was seconded as Company Secretary to handle Six (6) of the
Bank’s subsidiaries.
He was involved in the recapitalization of the Bank and also instrumental in the divestment of
the Bank’s subsidiaries in compliance with the directive of the Central Bank of Nigeria.

Ikechukwu Ojimaga
Chief Executive (Nigeria)

Ikechukwu is a passionate professional with a great wealth of banking experience behind him. He began his career with Mcnichols Nig Plc as Inventory Officer. He further proceeded to Standard Chartered Bank, where he excelled in the Consumer Banking unit of the bank. His Success in Standard Chartered Bank launched him into years of heightened banking experience in Bank PHB and Keystone Bank Limited.

He has crisscrossed several units spanning from retail and commercial banking. He holds a B.sc in Economics and MBA from Abia State University He joined Cititrust as a Business Head in the investment arm of the group and has risen through the ranks to the position of Country Chief Executive,Nigeria.

Ogbonna Uche
Chief Executive (Ghana).

Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna is a seasoned Banker currently serves as Country Chief Executive of CFS EVERBOND GROUP GHANA LIMITED, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc. He holds a degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration in Financial Management from the Lagos State University, Ojo. His distinguished professional career span over 17 years in various Banking institutions and companies notably among Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Defunct Enterprise Bank, Heritage Bank Plc and Juwac International Group of Companies.

Mr. Ogbonna Uche started his career as a Management Associate in Juwac Group of companies in 2003. In 2008, he moved to Guaranty Trust Bank where he worked in roles covering Customer service, Account Support Management, Relationship Management, Customer Consultant in Asset & Liability Management. He also served as Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Business Banker, Bulk Acquisition Expert, and Regional Coordinator Direct Sales Representatives in Stanbic IBTC Bank. Having gained a wealth of experience in Commercial Banking, Branch Management supervision, Business Development and Financial Advisory Services, he moved to the defunct Enterprise Bank Limited where he attained the role of Team lead Retail and SME Banking before the acquisition of the Bank by Heritage Bank. In addition to these responsibilities.

Mr. Ogbonna Uche briefly assumed a role of General Manager for marketing, sales and distribution in Juwac International Group of Companies before joining the management team of Cititrust Financial services Limited. In Cititrust Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc, he served as Managing Partner of Cititrust Assets Management Limited, a fund Management Company where he successfully led the Establishment, Expansion and Strategy Execution of the Company. Uche brings with him an impressive knowledge of Global Capital market, Commercial and Investment Banking, as well as an influential network. His knowledge of Capital raising and Business development & Management is also a huge asset to the company His stint on these roles was remarkable as a result of his dynamism for marketing and project implementation.

He is a very passionate and self –driven person with strong interest in motivating and mentoring young people. His track record of wining is driven by creativity, excellent customer service delivery and key relationship management. Uche as fondly called possesses strong skills and deep market knowledge as well as constructive business fundamentals relevant to the financial services industry. He is experienced across Retail, SMEs, Commercial, E-business, Private Wealth, Management, Credit, Marketing and Business Development. He has interest in music, leadership training and mentoring He’s a member of Chattered Institute of Marketing and happily married with Children.

Olufemi Alli
Chief Executive (Kenya)

He is a is an accomplished banking professional with over fifteen years of extensive experience in retail & commercial banking, business development, sales & marketing, relationship management, credit analysis etc. A reliable and motivated team player, maintaining a high level of trust within the organization and consistently producing positive results.

He started his banking career with Afribank Nigeria Plc which was renamed Mainstreet Bank Ltd and later acquired by Skye bank Plc (now Polaris Bank). He started as a Relationship Officer before he progressed to the position of a Branch Manager for many years in six (6) different locations in Nigeria.

He holds a degree in Geography from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State. Olufemi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Human Capital Managers (ISHCM), Nigeria.

He is currently a Director and Chief Executive Officer of CFS Assets Management Limited. He is happily married with children.

Taiwo Fafure
Chief Executive (Côte D'Ivoire)

Taiwo Fafure is an accomplished and highly resourceful Business Management Expert with over 14 years of demonstrated success and exceptional reputation for delivering unequal service in Financial Management and Administrative Procedures. Well versed in the vicinity of Treasury Management (including Financial & cash Flow Management, Asset & Liability Management, Treasury Operations, Sales, Securities & Currencies trading, etc), Investment Advisory, Banking Operations, Information Communication Technology (ICT), Project Handling, Customer Service, and Risk Management with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly and adapt to changing business needs.

He upholds and strengthens company’s strategic overall goals through creativity and integrity while displaying confidence in roles which require high level of diligence and strong team work. Taiwo is polite, courteous and thrives in challenging working environments. Taiwo is the Ag. Country Chief Executive, Cititrust Investments (Cote d’Ivoire) Limited. He had his first degree in Physics from Benue State University, Nigeria. He earned his MBA from the university of Calabar, Nigeria. His professional career started as a telecommunications instructor before joining the United Bank for Africa Plc (UBA). Taiwo served in key divisions of the bank, namely retail, corporate and Treasury. He joined Asset and Resource Management Company (ARM Holdings) as the pioneer staff of Treasury sales division in the asset & investment management firm.

He later joined the Asset Management subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc, and was later seconded to the Financial Services Group (CFS) of the company as the Regional Director for Port Harcourt and South-Eastern region, where he established the regional office, the responsibility he held until his present role

Olatunji Kazeem
Chief Executive (Benin Republic)

Olatunji Kazeem is a financial, marketing and management professional with over 10 years of extensive and diverse experience in, finance, banking, sales and administration.

He started his career with Ogunnaya & Co as auditor and then joined RIC Microfinance Bank working in the Financial Control and Strategic Planning department. He thereafter joined Cititrust Holdings Plc as Account and Administrative Officer rising through the ranks to the position of Group Head, Operations and Administration of Mapplefield Energy Resources Limited, and Promoted to the position of Ag. Chief Executive Cititrust General Services Benin Ltd. He hold a HND in Accounting and also a member of the National Institute of Management and MBA in Oil and Gas (in view)

Kazeem has benefited from various specialized courses in advanced credit analysis, performance management, best practices, personal effectiveness, time management, leadership and vision.

Ekhor Victor
Chief Executive (Malawi)

Country chief executive South Atlantic Group (PTY) Limited Malawi A passionate business/relationship manager and a rounded banking professional, Mr. Victor’s working career spans over 18 years of unbroken experience in Capital Trust brokers Limited, integrated Micro finance Bank Limited , Defunct Bank PHB PLC and Keystone Bank. He has made significant impact through varied roles in Strategic Business Units such as Retail banking, Commercial Banking, as well as stock broking Operations.

He joined Cititrust in 2018 as a Manager in the investment arm of the group and has risen through the ranks to the position of Acting Managing director of Cititrust Holding PLc in a space of one year due to his outstanding performance. He is currently representing the holding as the acting country chief executive South Atlantic Group (PTY) Limited in Malawi.

Victor hold B.sc in Accounting from Ambrose Ali University Nigeria. He is currently a student of LEVEL 7 POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, LEADERSHIP and MBA in Metropolitan School of Business and Management UK. Victor has attended several trainings/seminars in “Leadership & Leadership Development -2019 , Achieving Customer Due Diligence – 2015, Anti-Money Laundering – 2015, Combating Market Abuse – 2015, Complying with Sanctions – 2015, Countering Bribery and Corruption – 2015, Fighting Fraud – 2015, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management and Organizational Skills – 2014, Emotional Intelligence – 2014, etc

He is happily married with one wife and has three children.

Imade Edah-Dike

A professional with Twelve years’ experience in customer service and commercial Banking, Imade Edah-Dike is customer centric and committed to building relationships and growing customer’s business.

A graduate of Edo State University Ekpoma, Nigeria where she earned a bachelor degree of Arts in English and Literature. After graduating, she took time out to become a home a home maker and concentrate on family life. After 8yreas time out, she embarked on the labour market gaining employment in the Banking sector. Her first job being a customer service officer at the erstwhile Bank PHB. A function she performed for a few months before she was moved to commercial Banking as a relationship officer, a role she performed for 12 years.
